Here you can download resources to help spread the word about participating in the 2017 UK general election.

The general election will take place on Thursday 8 June.

You can use our resources below to help ensure voters across the UK can vote with confidence on polling day.

Did you know 21% of voters didn’t vote in the 2015 general election because they didn’t have time to get to the polling station?

Together we can ensure as many people as possible can vote in #GE2017.

These resources are for voters across Great Britain only. You can download resources for voters in Northern Ireland here.


Essential information

The UK general election is on Thursday 8 June 2017.

The registration deadline has now passed. If you did not register in time, you cannot vote in this election.

If you can’t make it to your polling station on 8 June, you may be able to vote by proxy (someone you trust voting on your behalf). Download your application form now.

Change your cover images and share on social

Update your cover images across your social media platforms and add our email signature to the end of your emails. You can also use our template tweets and graphic images to share a post on social.
